Client v. Goldstein
Motorcycle accident which resulted in an open fracture to client's leg with multiple injuries. Client was hospitalized, underwent several surgeries, and ultimately required leg amputation. During negotiations, the claim settled for $2,000,000.00.
Estate of Kirkland v. Goode
Motorcycle accident case involving fatality. The case was subject to a cap on damages due to the South Carolina Charitable Immunity Statute. After suit was filed, the case was mediated and settled for $322,000.00.
